Christmas Food and Clothing Donation

Our volunteers went to the village of 28 de julio a few days before Christmas to distribute donations to needy families. These donations consisted of food, clothing, and educational supplies.

The most popular part of the event, at least as far as the village's children were concerned, was the "chocolatada." Chocolatadas, in which a large batch of hot chocolate is served to everyone present, are a holiday tradition in Peru.
